As we are a manufacturing facility we are able to offer a complete solution for your lab or factory. We have control of all processes from raw material to finished component. Allowing us complete control of the manufacturing procedure, and better lead times

Vacuum Services offers you the following:

Chambers-Vacuum vessels: We can manufacture small chambers, vaccum vessels and non standard fabrications. This all starts with our 3D CAD CAM drawing package and is closely followed through production in our modern machine shop, ending up with your product manufactured to your exact requirement. The chambers can be made from 304L,316L,316LN and also Mu metal variants, we also offer a full bake out facility. Please visit the chambers section of our site for more information.

Vacuum Fittings-Components: At Vacuum services this is our core business, during last two years we have invested heavily in our standard range of vacuum flanges and fittings, so that we can in most cases despatch straight from stock, for a next day delivery, these components are available in 304L,316L,316LN and also Aluminium, the updated version of the catalogue is available as a PDF download under the components section of the site..

Vacuum Pumps: We offer a full range of pumps, single and double stage rotary pumps, also turbo pumps, these are generally available from stock, and very competitively priced. Also available are a full compliment of cryo and diffusion pumps feel free to call or email Richard with your requirements.

Vacuum Valves: We offer a full range of vacuum valves, right angle valves and gate valves, both of which are available in 304L,316L and aluminium, pneumatic and manual versions, a more detailed description of the range can be found under the valve section of the site.
